Our only ask is that you can be around 4 days of the week, with 2 days working onsite in our Newcastle office. We are open to discussing working hours with you. What will you be doing? Providing administrative support to the Academy team, including management of diaries, support with correspondence/emails, and liaison with colleagues and external stakeholders for the Academy. Arranging team meetings, project meetings, and managing travel bookings. Processing invoices and expenses, whilst tracking the Academy budget. Managing action trackers for the Academy team, whilst working collaboratively with other teams for the best outcomes. Updating and managing the teams SharePoint sites. Liaising with external training providers to set up new training sessions, and recording attendance. Supporting Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with preparation of presentations and training materials. Supporting the delivery of our international Residential Training Course by working closely with our internal Subject Matter Experts, our Marketing Team, whilst liaising with our members and delegates. About you Essential Skills/Qualifications/Experience Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Administrative skills, including attention to detail and accuracy. Previous experience supporting senior executives in a corporate environment. Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience of working with MS Office (including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint). A proactive, hands-on approach to solving problems, improving processes and ways of working. The ability to work using your discretion, being able to maintain confidentiality where appropriate. Desirable Skills/Qualifications/Experience Educated to 'A' level standard or equivalent.
