We are searching for a transaction coordinator to assist our real estate team. You’ll manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close, including providing assistance with escrow-related documentation, scheduling inspections and repairs, and acquiring seller approval for offers and counteroffers. Transaction Management:

Oversee the processing of all buyer and seller transactions from contract execution to closing. Compliance Management:

Ensure all listings and contracts comply with industry regulations, handling all compliance-related tasks through contract-to-close (CTC). Client & Vendor Communication:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, agents, and service providers, communicating regularly to ensure smooth transactions and prompt problem resolution. Team Updates:

Keep the team informed of the status of all transactions, advising when additional involvement is needed for negotiations or conflict resolution. Vendor Management:

Maintain organized files of all vendors and service providers involved in transactions. Fiduciary Service:

Ensure effective communication and exceptional client service from contract to closing, delivering a high standard of fiduciary responsibility. Post-Closing Responsibilities:

Handle post-closing disbursements, filings, and other required procedures in a timely manner. Task Management:

Update and manage tasks in Asana, keeping all transaction-related activities current and on track. Tracking:

Update and maintain records of new listings and contracts in the CTE tracking system. Coordinate and attend all closing procedures, such as moving schedules. Ensure inspections are scheduled and assist with negotiating and completing any necessary repairs. Save customer information in the CRM system, forward all necessary paperwork to the office broker for file compliance, and track transaction activities. Help agents, customers, and other parties with all escrow paperwork, including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans. Supervise all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close. Qualifications

Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued. High school or equivalent required; some college experience preferred. Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly. Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service. Compensation
