Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences. Provide help and guidance to the Sales Executives to ensure sales targets are achieved. Be responsible for ensuring all team members are trained and reviewed in line with Foray Motor Group process. Build and maintain the sales and customer experience team by fulfilling all aspects of the day-to-day management of the team, including 1:1’s and supporting management. Support with producing and presenting suitable customer offers and propositions tailored to their requirements. Work with the sales team to ensure the showroom and forecourt are always retail ready. Manage and review the team's ongoing activity to ensure all customer enquiries are followed up to the complete satisfaction of the customer.
