Your new role

As a Transactional Services Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the transactional services team, assisting with financial due diligence, valuations, and financial modelling. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting in the execution of financial due diligence engagements for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions. Conducting detailed financial analysis and modelling to evaluate financial performance and identify potential risks. Assisting with the preparation of financial reports, including valuation analyses and transaction documentation. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including tax, legal, and operational professionals, to provide comprehensive transaction support.

What you'll need to succeed Professional qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field (ACA, ACCA, CFA, MBA). Strong analytical and financial modelling skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Leadership skills and the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
