The business is expanding its market presence, either by penetrating new geographical regions or by increasing its share in existing markets, due to this growth they are seeking an experienced transactional finance manager to join the team. Job Description Transactional Finance Manager Supervise and mentor the AP and AR teams, fostering professional development and high performance. Allocate workloads effectively, set clear objectives, and conduct regular performance reviews. Oversee the end-to-end AP process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices and payments. Maintain accurate records of supplier accounts and ensure compliance with company policies. Resolve supplier queries and disputes promptly, maintaining strong supplier relationships. Manage the AR process, ensuring timely and accurate billing to customers. Oversee GL account reconciliations and reporting on aged accruals.

The Successful Applicant Proven experience in managing AP and AR processes within the FMCG industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency in financial software and systems. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
