This role offers the opportunity to work as part of our collaborative 130-strong, multi-discipline tax and our award-winning Corporate Finance teams. You will focus on transaction and M&A tax advisory work as part of our dedicated Transaction Tax team, providing services to a wide range of clients including large corporate clients and private equity houses. You will receive guidance and support from experienced Tax Partners, allowing you to grow both the practice and your tax career. What you'll be doing day to day

Supporting buy-side and vendor due diligence projects Assisting with vendor advice, including clearances and pre-sale structuring Helping with buy-side structuring for private equity-backed transactions Supporting corporate restructuring, demergers, reorganisations, and management buyouts Providing assistance with deal support, such as reviewing SPAs (Sales and Purchase Agreements) Collaborating with non-UK firms in the PKF network on international tax projects Helping the team build client relationships and contribute to the growth of the Transaction Tax practice Providing support to junior members of the team About you

Experience in tax, with a focus on company and shareholder taxation, structuring, and transactions Good technical tax knowledge CTA qualification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good analytical and problem-solving abilities A willingness to develop coaching and mentoring skills High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Why work at PKF Francis Clark
