They are recruiting for a Transactions Tax Associate Director in their state-of-the-art office in Liverpool!
Responsibilities:
Liaising with clients and legal advisors, as well as other directors/partners. Leading due diligence meetings with clients. Working with and building strong relationships with stakeholders. Researching and preparing proposals for prospective clients. Qualifications:
ACA or CTA qualified. Over 7 years’ Deals Tax Experience. Experience managing clients, strong knowledge and ability to deal with complex tax issues. Experience with client take-on and engagement, billings, and identification of opportunities to improve recoveries. Leading on projects, actively seeking opportunities for developing new clients and for selling new services. Staff management experience. Benefits:
