My client is looking for an ambitious, commercial and entrepreneurial TP Specialist that can provide pragmatic TP advice to a diverse range of clients across all industries and ranging from start-ups to large international groups. If the following excites you, then this is the role and firm for you: More autonomy and flexibility with the opportunity to shape your own career Exposure to TP projects across sectors, including the full breadth of advisory projects Corporate restructuring and merger integration Transfer Pricing advisory Design of policies Supply chain planning or global expansion Value chain analyses Thin capitalisation reports Opportunity to assist with transactional and due diligence work Strategic opportunities Work with Partner/Director group on aspects of team's ongoing strategy, recruitment, best practice and help with the fast-paced growth the team has experienced to date Requirements

Significant understanding of and previous experience within transfer pricing tax within the profession and/or industry Excellent knowledge of recent key updates and areas of focus in the area of UK transfer pricing tax Specialist knowledge and the ability to deal with complex tax issues arising within transfer pricing Ability to manage a substantial portfolio profitably Appetite to develop business development skills to assist with the growth of the business Experience of dealing with client senior management and key stakeholders Experience of managing staff Ideally ACA/CA/ACCA qualified and/or CTA but other relevant qualifications will be considered ________ As an employer, we are committed to ensuring the representation of people from all backgrounds regardless of their gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, race, religion, ethnicity, age, neurodiversity, disability status, or any other aspect which makes them unique.
