The role requires the person to be a great communicator with strong stakeholder management abilities, who is willing to take ownership of the M&A tax aspect across the group. Responsibilities:
Being the point of contact for Transfer Pricing across the business. Design, development and implementation of tactical tools for TP automation processes. Providing guidance and training to local teams and reviewing TP local files. Reviewing transfer pricing recharges calculations and invoices performed by central and local finance teams. Management of engagement of external tax advisers. Experience Required:
Tax/Accountancy qualification. Transfer pricing experience. Financial Services Background.
