About the Role We are looking for an experienced Transfer Pricing Manager to join the team. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will work with clients on transfer pricing compliance, advisory, implementation, and defence projects. You’ll lead project delivery, manage junior team members, and play an integral role in developing talent within the team.

Key Responsibilities Conducting functional analysis interviews with clients. Preparing technical analysis and financial modelling. Overseeing benchmarking studies and reports. Managing and mentoring junior staff members. Supporting the appraisal and development of team members. Delivering training to help junior staff build technical and professional skills.

Qualifications and Skills ACA, ACCA, CTA, or CFA qualified (or equivalent). Strong technical knowledge of transfer pricing regulations and practices. Proactive, organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively. Previous experience with financial transaction transfer pricing projects. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a commitment to team development.
