Job overview

As a Transformation Business Partner for Primary Care, you will be responsible for a number of transformation, service improvement and business development projects which are pivotal to the key strategic priorities of the Trust. You will lead on the production and implementation of a development plan and related projects that support and enable a sustainable model of primary care. Main duties of the job

This is a key role working alongside Directors, managers and clinicians to ensure that the priorities of the Trust wide Transformation programme are delivered. The role carries specific responsibility for: Working with the Dudley Primary Care Collaborative, the Black Country Primary Care Collaborative and the Black Country Integrated Care Board (ICB) to support the delivery of a primary care transformation strategy that has identified new ways of working which will help reduce pressures, make general practice more sustainable and improve the experiences of patients and staff alike. This is a key role in translating National policy and ICB strategies into plans that are relevant and respond to the needs of primary care and their registered population in Dudley. Being a key member of the place division management team, and be confident to actively lead and support the identification, development and implementation of transformation and new/existing business development opportunities within the place division. Managing and delivering multiple complex projects which fall within the Trust’s transformation and business development Programme. Establishment, oversight, challenge and support to the Trust’s transformation and business development work-streams, including those associated with the Trust’s Cost Improvement Programme, strategy development and annual planning processes. Qualifications

Educated to degree level or equivalent with post graduate qualification or relevant experience Evidence of continued professional development Qualification in management, organisational development, change management or similar Knowledge

NHS Structures for the delivery of services in primary care Effective management of change Understanding the Public Duty under the Equality Act and the impact on changing clinical services Organisational development theory, models and techniques (e.g. Lean, 6 sigma) Experience

Considerable experience in holding project team members to account for delivery of all assigned projects along with confidence to negotiate with and influence clinical colleagues for engagement and buy in.
