Transformation & Change Associate

to join our fast-paced International Key Account Team, to support the delivery of transformational change across the account. What You’ll Do: As a

Transformation & Change Associate , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth communication and coordination support across a variety of strategic initiatives. Working closely with our Transformation and Change Manager, you’ll assist with: Project Management Coordination

: Plan, track, and monitor progress on multiple transformation projects. Governance & Communication Support

: Assist in preparing high-quality documents and presentations for governance meetings, ensuring consistency and quality. Support the management of the account communication matrix. Stakeholder Collaboration

: Liaise with stakeholders to provide timely updates and help resolve project challenges. Innovation Committee Administration

: Organize and coordinate meetings for the Innovation Committee, track progress on initiatives, preparing reports and documentation. Content Management

: Maintain and update the SharePoint site, ensuring content is accurate, current, and accessible. Event Planning

: Support the planning and execution of key account meetings and events. What We’re Looking For: We want someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, challenges the status quo and has the skills to help us drive change. If you have the following, we want to hear from you: Education

: A graduate in any degree discipline. Experience

: Ideally, experience in a coordination role within communications, change management, or facilities management. However, if you're motivated and have transferable skills, we encourage you to apply! Key Skills

: Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint). Self-motivated with attention to detail and a proactive approach. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to travel within UK and Europe as required. Personal Traits

: A collaborative team player with the ability to build strong relationships. Adaptable and thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment. Keen to develop themselves personally and professionally, actively seeking opportunities for growth. Willing to challenge the status quo, bringing fresh perspectives to drive continuous improvement.
