Transformation Design Project Lead

to join our dynamic Strategy team.

As a self-starter with a proactive mindset, you’ll take ownership of high-impact projects, starting with the delivery of the

Integrated Quality Performance and Assurance Matrix (IQPAM) . Working closely with operational services, you’ll develop tools to monitor and enhance the measures that matter, directly influencing the quality of care we provide.

Beyond IQPAM, you’ll lead and manage a portfolio of transformation initiatives, driving organisational change aligned with our strategic goal to “Focus on the Future”. From streamlining processes to implementing innovative practices, your work will ensure DCHS continues to deliver outstanding care while adapting to a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.
