In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering all the change activities to meet regulatory client operational and people needs, against a product roadmap and the pensions target operating model.Job title:Transformation DirectorJob Description:What You’ll Do:Lead and Inspire: Provide strategic leadership to our transformation projects, ensuring they meet regulatory, client, operational, and people needs.Drive Success: Oversee the management of all transformation initiatives, ensuring they are delivered within agreed revenue, cost, and quality targets.Establish Governance: Develop and implement robust governance frameworks to ensure the successful delivery of strategic programmes.Manage Finances: Ensure commercial decisions are aligned with financial tracking, managing budgets, and achieving contractual commitments.Make Strategic Decisions: Design and deliver solutions that meet business and client commitments.Optimise Resources: Lead recruitment, hiring, and succession planning to ensure the right resources are in place.Exhibit Leadership: drive a winning mindset, build trusted relationships, promote learning and curiosity and role model accountability.Engage Stakeholders: Work with peers across Capita Divisions to drive a unified approach, as well as engaging with external clients.What We’re Looking For:Experience: Significant experience in establishing, right-sizing and delivering, portfolio project management on a large-scale. The projects are predominantly technology enabled so experience with interfacing, planning and integrating the delivery with third-party suppliers is critical.Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. A hands on approach will be essential, initially at least.Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage risks and issues.Methodological Expertise: In-depth knowledge of project and transformational change management methodologies.Pressure Handling: Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, where deadlines are tight and projects are high profile and publicly visible.Financial Acumen: Strong financial management skills, with the ability to manage budgets effectively.Outsourced Environment Experience: Ideally, experience in an outsourced environment.Join us and be a part of a team that is shaping the future of pensions solutions.
