Our Corporate function is a global entity supporting Baringa to thrive and succeed as a professional services firm. The team consists of Legal, HR, Technology, Finance, Marketing, Consulting Services, and Sustainability. We have grown significantly over the last five years in response to the demands of our Consulting business, delivering great products and services. We now have the opportunity to take a step back and look at re-architecting and evolving our business systems, processes, and infrastructure. We are on a mission to optimise operational excellence and technology to deliver even better services that can continue to support our business as it grows. We have already started this journey and are looking to expand our small team to ensure we build operational excellence into the way we transform our corporate function. What you will be doing Embed, own and maintain governance frameworks and approaches for the Portfolio Transformation programme. Own programme level milestone activity plan and run plan control forum across programme critical path milestones. Critically challenge and validate the completeness, accuracy of key project delivery plans. Report on program health and proactively surface key delivery (RAID) risks, issues, dependencies and assure mitigating actions that impact the BE Transformation programme. Leverage experience to proactively mitigate risk and challenge status of key projects. Develop programme and project documentation including status reports and Leadership packs, providing quality assurance on content. Establish the mechanism for workstreams and key projects to feed in updates into the programme. Provide secretariat support to key project and programme governance forums as needed. Your skills and experience Experienced PMO ideally working in a multi-functional transformation role or other large-scale, complex change programme. Detailed understanding of RAID methodology and control, programme plan control and confidence in identifying trends and root cause analysis. Good IT skills, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word used for analysis and reporting purposes are essential. Also proficient in, or able to upskill on other tools including Azure ADO. The ability to translate and roll up individual problem statements and improvements into the big picture of a multi-year transformation programme both quantitatively and qualitatively.
