About The Role FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Transformation Programme Business Analyst to work for our client within the financial services sector. This is initially a 12-month contract with the potential to extend and will be a hybrid role based in Sheffield or Birmingham. Our client’s talent acquisition team is leading a multi-year global transformation, reshaping how they attract talent, the skills they prioritise, and how they engage with the world. The Business Analyst role is an integral part of the transformation programme. They are deploying market-leading technologies, including SAP SuccessFactors and eightfold.ai, to deliver a seamless hiring experience. Their aim is to connect exceptional talent with the right opportunities, ensuring every hire makes an impact and secures the critical skills that will shape the organisation’s future. Responsibilities Work with key stakeholders to identify business requirements and support the end-to-end process design from scenario and flow mapping through to prototyping, testing, and training Document and analyse personas and journeys, developing detailed “as is” and “to be” experience, process descriptions and solution design documents Analyse HR process and experience to identify opportunities to automate, improve process and functional design and enhance the overall experience Act as a solution functional expert and support change management activity including communication and training Manage and minimise operational risk in HR process in line with the client’s risk management framework Be a key member of a multi-disciplinary design team within the TA transformation programme, working with HR, IT, business architecture About You Requirements Business analysis, process, and experience design skills across the lifecycle of technology implementation Understanding of agile and design thinking methodologies Ability to translate functional requirements into technical details and documentation Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality documentation and design Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Understanding of interactions of data models, experience and process, and system integrations Motivated self-starter, curious to find better solutions and speak up Ability to work in teams in multiple locations globally Knowledge of HR, Talent Acquisition and Service Management technologies would be an advantage (preferably SuccessFactors, Service Now and Eightfold) About Us Why join us?
