We are looking for a results driven Transformation Project Manager to join our team working on an exciting process and technology transformation programme at the core of our business. Reporting to the Transformation and Portfolio Lead, this role has responsibility for successful governance, coordination and delivery of important projects within the portfolio. As a key member of the programme team, you will deliver high quality work through collaborations with business owners, SMEs, wider business stakeholders and core project team members throughout the project lifecycle. About RWS Business Transformation Office The Business Transformation Office (BTO) within RWS serves as a strategic hub responsible for driving and overseeing organizational and technology change initiatives aimed at enhancing corporate performance, efficiency and competitiveness. It plays a pivotal role in facilitating and orchestrating transformational efforts across various business functions and units, globally. At its core, RWS’s BTO functions as a catalyst for change, working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, departmental heads, and cross-functional teams to identify strategic priorities, define transformation objectives, and develop comprehensive roadmaps for execution. The Portfolio is business driven and often technology enabled. The BTO also acts as the reporting body from all the programmes and projects to the Executive Leadership and ensures there is an integrated plan across the portfolio. By aligning transformation initiatives with overarching business goals and objectives, the BTO division ensures that efforts are purposeful, coordinated and results-driven. Job Overview

Key Responsibilities Day-to-day management of the project, supporting the wider programme and creation of project deliverables Monitor, track and report progress of the project(s) that you manage - delivering to the governance framework and processes set by the business transformation office Continually evaluate progress against the project’s financial measure of success and OKRs Develop an effective working relationship with the RWS teams – including sponsors and stakeholders, business owners, technology owners and the finance team Ensure the project(s) that you manage are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards Manage risks and issues related to the project(s), escalating to the Programme Lead when RAID items arise that need wider input to resolve Provide regular reports and updates on the project’s performance, on time and to a high standard Work with business owners, business analysts, enterprise architects, solution architects, SMEs and stakeholders to create high quality deliverables Work with and support the Programme Lead across the programme, to ensure that projects within the programme are delivering in line with the plan. This includes, though is not limited to the creation of steering group materials, deliverables, financial reports, project updates and business cases for the wider programme as required Skills & Experience Excellent understanding of how to navigate complete technology architecture Ability to create detailed plans to design and rollout people, process, technology and finance based initiatives Deep understanding of working in agile and waterfall environments Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent knowledge and handling of project management methodologies and techniques Self-organised and shows attention to detail as well as being able to manage the strategic elements of the programme Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills and the ability to create and articulate a business case Ability to influence at all levels Advanced MS PowerPoint, Word & Excel skills are essential, as well as the ability to use these skills to convey a compelling storyline in documents Ability to work in a structured way, whilst knowing when a pragmatic approach is required
