Transformation Specialist

As a Transformation Specialist, you will be the catalyst for change within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across Commercial Lines to identify opportunities for improvement, develop strategic plans, and implement transformative solutions that align with our business objectives. A bit about the job: The successful individual will be responsible for leading projects and change activity, ensuring delivery meets objectives and is on time, on budget, and that embedment and adoption are fully utilized and sustainable. You will ensure change meets the needs of the business and key stakeholders, aligning to the design of the Commercial System to create business value through efficient and effective planning and delivery of change. The role focuses on people/cultural, business process, and systems and technology change. You will be responsible for managing transformation projects and initiatives, providing expertise in transformation methodologies and best practices, and simplifying requirements so they are easily understood across the whole team. This will include identifying and resolving issues and barriers to successful transformation, whilst working to create functional specifications for new systems and processes. Aviva operates a “smart-working” policy meaning that we spend approximately half of our time working in an office, and this role can be based in Perth, Norwich, Manchester, or Birmingham. Skills and experience we’re looking for: Previous experience of managing significant and complex change projects autonomously Experience & knowledge of change/project management methodologies & tools, including Agile and Waterfall approaches Ability to collaborate and establish relationships with stakeholders to develop actionable plans Good knowledge of governance, business readiness, and project disciplines Exposure to Insurance / Financial Services industries would be preferred, but not essential What you’ll get for this role: Starting
