Salary: £448 per day

About Our Client: Our client is a leading organisation in the pharmaceutical industry, dedicated to advancing health care through innovative solutions. They are seeking a Transformational Delivery Lead Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of transformation projects aimed at enhancing their Ethics & Compliance Programme.

Responsibilities:

Manage the delivery of transformation projects with clearly defined goals and objectives. Collaborate with Project Leaders to ensure execution aligns with project milestones. Establish project management baselines and maintain up-to-date documentation (e.g., Charters, Risk Registers). Communicate project statuses effectively to stakeholders. Support the Head of E&C Transformation in developing and deploying the programme. Identify continuous improvement opportunities and prioritise transformation projects. Influence strategies for Ethics & Compliance Training through insights into tools and processes.

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

5+ years of experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects. Proficient in project management methodologies, including Agile SCRUM. Strong negotiation skills with external vendors. Excellent project management capabilities with a focus on detail and organisation. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Exceptional ethics and professionalism.

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Experience in compliance-related functions (regulatory, legal, audit, compliance or risk). Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Project Management accreditation (e.g., APM or PMI qualifications).

Technologies:

Familiarity with project management software and tools. Knowledge of digital transformation tools and methodologies.
