We're excited to offer the opportunity to join an organisation undergoing a significant transformation. As part of a large, complex, multi-year programme, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage politically sensitive projects that support the strategic vision of the business and the needs of client bodies. The role will focus on driving innovation, optimising efficiencies, and enhancing the user experience, all while delivering high-quality results. Key responsibilities include: Leading complex projects from inception to live service Developing and validating the project business case, establishing methods and metrics for benefits realisation Applying relevant project management disciplines (Agile, PRINCE2, etc.) Managing resources, including budget and infrastructure Leading project teams to deliver quality outputs that meet stakeholder expectations Collaborating with senior stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues Providing line management support to junior project managers Aligning projects with the business roadmap and ensuring benefits and risks are tracked Reporting regularly for strategic governance and planning To succeed in this role, you'll need: Strong knowledge and experience with Project Management frameworks (e.g. Agile, PRINCE2, PRINCE2 Agile) Experience in a Scrum Master role or similar (advantageous but not essential) ERP or IT systems delivery experience (advantageous but not essential) A proven track record of Project Management in Shared Services or similar environments, particularly in Change Management or Transformation A broad range of technical, business, and commercial knowledge Strong understanding of risk management and financial management In-depth knowledge of people change management techniques Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills Experience in leading complex business change initiatives and managing governance controls Strong people management experience and the ability to manage organisational systems and transitions If you have the right experience and are ready to take on this exciting challenge, we'd love to hear from you!
