Working on the implementation of the new ERP system; P58 and digital OE tools. Undertake digital transformation of OE Diagnostics (DX) with increased digital order processing utilizing various tools e.g. Esker, Knime, Webshop. Provide key support to Head of OE NWE for all OTC reporting, analysis, and queries by the agreed deadlines. Understand and streamline the OE processes, with the aim of improving process documentation ahead of system transition. Ensure system readiness for P58 system with go-live on 1st April 2025 with process improvements, data cleansing, and transitional support to the project team. Contribute and support the project development of digital OE expansion into Amazon-style customer order tracking and web shops, as well as increasing the digital footprint of DX. Gain understanding of SHS OE processes and digital tools. Customer order behavior, analysis, and order reduction projects to optimize ordering volumes and frequency. Standardize the OE GBI function within the zone (NWE). Projects and process improvements. Your Attributes/Skills:
