Our team provides Corporate Finance expertise to a range of clients including corporates, management teams, investors and funders. Working in Corporate Finance, you will gain hands-on experience assisting clients in executing their key strategic plans, whether that be selling their business or understanding how they can grow and improve it. At Translink we typically advise on transactions in the £10m – £150m range, usually with a cross-border approach, and offer a full suite of Corporate Finance services, including: Sell-side and buy-side advisory (M&A) Debt and equity fundraising Strategic advisory and exit planning If you’re looking for a 12-month Undergraduate Placement where you can gain hands-on experience in global mid-market M&A, click here to find out more about our Placement programme and to submit your application. Not studying finance or accountancy? No problem! If you have a genuine enthusiasm for high-quality service, a great work ethic, and are on track for a 2:2 or above, we’d still love to receive your application.
