The Role We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Transport Administrator to ensure the smooth running of our transport operations. You will work closely with drivers, customer service, and warehouse teams to maintain compliance, optimize delivery routes, and uphold high standards of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Coordinate driver paperwork, vehicle checks, and delivery documentation. Input and analyse driver performance data to identify improvements. Communicate delivery updates with the customer service team. Prepare daily driver routes and vehicle packs. Manage equipment, including tools, fuel cards, and mobile devices. Assist in implementing efficient delivery routes and maintaining vehicle compliance records. Schedule vehicle maintenance and track repairs. Support the administration of tachograph records and driver compliance. Maintain accurate collision and insurance records. Uphold health and safety standards in all activities. What We’re Looking For General office administration experience or exposure to logistics. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and route planning systems. Strong customer service and communication skills. Knowledge of Health and Safety practices. GCSEs in English and Mathematics (grades 4/C or above). NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in Transport Management or equivalent (desirable). A team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset. Passionate about delivering excellent service and embodying FRC Group values. Flexible, empathetic, and calm under pressure.
