Transport Compliance Administrator Location: Coventry Contract Type: 12-Month Fixed Term Contract Nter Talent is proud to be supporting our client, a leading logistics organisation, in their search for a Transport Compliance Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to join a dynamic team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in Coventry. Key Responsibilities: Ensuring transport operations remain compliant with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including maintaining up-to-date records. Monitoring and managing driver hours, tachograph data, and vehicle maintenance schedules to ensure full compliance. Supporting the preparation and submission of compliance reports and audits. Assisting with the organisation and administration of driver training and assessments. Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to address compliance-related queries and resolve issues effectively. Keeping track of policy updates and ensuring they are communicated and implemented within the team. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a transport compliance, administration, or similar role within the logistics or transport sector. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. Proficiency in using compliance systems and tools, such as tachograph analysis software. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. A proactive and problem-solving approach to work.
