To succeed in this role, you should have a comprehensive knowledge of supply chain supervisory practices and a demonstrative understanding of warehouse procedures, including storing goods, dispatching orders and tracking transportation vehicles. WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
Managing driver paperwork and post-journey debriefing Managing the defecting process for vehicles requiring maintenance Driver performance management Communicating effectively with various parts of the business, including with the customer Managing the trailer pool for the site Managing driver hours and schedules Investigating incidents and complaints WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
