We are seeking a proactive Fleet Coordinator to join our busy, highly experienced, and friendly transport fleet team. This role is ideal for someone with proven administrative experience who is looking to further their career in transport management. The position offers study support for a Transport Management Certificate of Professional Competence.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Service scheduling of vehicles, arranging appointments, and ensuring vehicle records are up to date and maintained.
  • Handling vehicle defects and covering breakdowns with in-house mechanics.
  • Administering important compliance requirements.
  • Procuring parts and materials for the workshop.
  • Checking and signing off invoices.
  • Assisting with the recruitment of drivers.
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven administrative experience in a similar role.
  • Good communication skills and numeracy.
  • Supportive, hardworking, and keen to learn and contribute to team success.
  • Full UK driving licence.
