  • Prioritise and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Provide clear and accurate information regarding shipments.
  • Maintaining detailed and up-to-date customer records.

  • Previous customer service or call centre experience preferred.

Confirmed role details

  • We are currently seeking a Transport Customer Service for our company based in Hatfield on a PM shift.
  • Starts times will vary for training between 6am and 10am starts.
  • Once fully trained shift will be Tuesday to Saturday shift 13pm to 22pm.
  • £12.71 Per Hour.
