About the roleThe Passenger Transport Service is looking for motivated and personable individual to support the Team in the role of Transport Engagement Officer to cover maternity leave -minimum 6 months .
You will be working closely with providers and families to make sure our transport from home to school meets the individual needs of the children/young people of Cambridgeshire.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate their ability to communicate well with a wide range of audiences, including, parents, schools/providers and other professionals, both over the telephone and in writing. Written communication must also clear and concise.
The Transport Engagement Officer reports directly to the Policy and Strategy Manager and is a key role in the delivery of our engagement strategy within the Passenger Transport Team.
The role will be based at New Shire Hall, Alconbury Weald with hybrid home/office arrangements.
