The successful candidate will be vital in overseeing transport operations and ensuring all activities comply with regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily transport operations, managing a team of drivers. Ensure adherence to legal requirements and safety regulations for all transport activities. Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to enhance efficiency and service quality. Conduct regular team debriefing meetings to communicate objectives, updates, and performance expectations. Handle driver scheduling and route planning to optimize resource utilization. Address and resolve any issues or incidents that arise during transport operations. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics operations. Requirements: Proven experience in a supervisory role within the transport or logistics sector. Strong knowledge of transport regulations and compliance standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in using transport management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
