Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Transport Operations Manager for a Transport company. The company is based in The Heathrow area.
Role Description:
You will be responsible for overseeing daily transportation operations, managing drivers, ensuring compliance, communicating with customers, and maintaining high levels of customer service.
Answering emails Quotations Customer Services Provide efficient and reliable express transport solutions. Dealing with Same day / Time critical shipments Must be proactive, able to think on your feet and work well in a pressured environment. Based on a 50hr week with on-call duties on a rota involved. Must have a full 5 year checkable work history.
Qualifications:
Supervisory Skills and Fleet Management Effective Communication Skills Strong Customer Service Orientation Ability to prioritize tasks and problem-solve efficiently Experience in logistics or transportation industry Leadership abilities and decision-making skills As an agency, we are fast becoming the number one Freight specialist in the UK.
