Job Description Develop and maintain efficient transport schedules Planning/routing duties for drivers Managing customer expectations and ensuring delivery satisfaction Work closely with the logistics team to optimise operations Risk mitigation and solution finding Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company policies Use transport management systems to track deliveries and schedules The Successful Applicant A successful Transport Planner must have: Relevant transport experience - (General haulage preferred) Experience using transport management systems - (RoadRunner Live/Pro preferred) Excellent communication and customer service skills Proven planning experience Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on providing practical solutions Solid geographical knowledge Familiarity with transport regulations and procedures Commercial mindset What's on Offer A competitive salary range of £35,000 - £40,000 20 days of holiday leave An exciting work environment Opportunity for professional growth in a company that values employee development
