Comprehensive benefits package The role of the Transport Planner – Aggregates & Muck Away will involve: Transport Planner position dealing with a range of aggregate supply and waste disposal services Efficiently planning all delivery routes to customers utilising up to 50 wagons at any one time (average of 250 daily deliveries) Managing subcontractors / 3rd party hauliers Liaising with customers and suppliers to ensure an efficient delivery service Building long term relationships with external customers and key stakeholders Liaising effectively with colleagues to ensure best possible planning is obtained Developing strong relationships with customers and drivers, providing updates and any delivery issues in a timely manner The ideal applicant will be a Transport Planner – Aggregates & Muck Away with: Must have transport planner / route planning experience within the aggregates industry Ideally will have experience on transport management systems such as: Haultech Plenty of energy, passion and self-motivation Excellent organisational skills Excellent geographical knowledge of the North-West region Personable demeanour with excellent communication skills, both written and verbally Computer literate (Microsoft Office) Mitchell Maguire is a specialist construction recruitment consultancy, dealing exclusively with construction jobs, construction vacancies and specification positions within: Aggregates, Muck Away, Muck Shifting, Stone, Concrete, Crushed Concrete, Asphalt, Groundworkers, Construction Companies, Top Soil, Sand, Gravel, Landfill, Waste, Transport Planner, Transport Manager, CPC
