Plan your next career move with us. We're offering a great opportunity for a Transport Planner to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Utilise your skills everyday to support our business to deliver a 'service you can trust' by assisting the transport team in the planning and routing of vehicles for deliveries and collections through NI and ROI. What you'll do: Planning deliveries and collections for team of local drivers. Creation of load lists for next morning deliveries. Monitoring of driver's collection notes ensuring accuracy. Ensuring all contracts for deliveries are signed and received in a timely fashion. Liaise and communicate with other departments. Communicate with customers regarding delivery and collection requirements. General transport administrative duties. What you'll need: Previous experience in an administration role. Strong communication and organisation skills. The ability to work under pressure in a busy fast paced office. Attention to detail. Excellent IT skills.
