Duties and Responsibilities –
A full brief out and debrief of all drivers.
Confirmation of driver availability daily.
Spot checking of driver’s Pre-shift and post shift vehicle checks.
Constant communication with drivers during their daily duties, updating the daily call log.
Dealing with breakdowns, punctures as they happen.
Reporting and documenting any vehicle defects.
Ability to plan transport movements.
Data entry and scanning.
Ability to download vehicle tachograph information.
Requirements –
Ideal candidate will have background in Road Transport planning.
Understanding of Tachograph regulations and rules.
Understanding of drivers working time regulations.
Written and oral communication skills.
Confidence in dealing with a range of people both over the phone and face to face.
Always comply with company health and safety rules and procedures.
Ensure correct levels of PPE are always worn.
Commitment and reliability.
Flexible and co-operative.
Self-motivated and organized.
Able to work as part of a team.

10-Hour Shifts
6am-10pm
Monday – Friday
