4 on 4 off - 6pm to 6am My client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Transport Planner to join our growing team! If you're passionate about transport operations and thrive in a night shift role, this is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic environment. Transport Planner Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and plan transport schedules for our fleet, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries. Monitor operations, troubleshoot issues, and communicate effectively with drivers and other teams. Utilize Pallet Networks (advantageous) and other logistics systems to optimise transport plans. Maintain accurate records and reports using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel. Work independently during night shifts, while still having support when needed. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and health and safety guidelines. Transport Planner Requirements: Previous planning experience in a transport or logistics environment. Knowledge of Pallet Networks (advantageous but not essential). Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and email communication.
