Transport Planner
for one of our clients in
Nottingham . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for work in transport. Our client is looking for a talented individual to join their friendly team. Starting Salary: £30k/annum (+ yearly bonus) Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm Nottingham based (easy access via public transport) Immediate start! Key Responsibilities:
Liaising with clients & customers via phone/email Working together with the warehouse and hauliers to ensure the correct slots are booked in Ensuring efficient delivery routes & optimization of vehicle load capacity Dealing with suppliers, monitoring orders & associated admin Supporting the warehouse with the delivery planning of European suppliers Booking accommodation Other additional tasks within the transport/warehouse department Transport Planner Requirements:
Relevant experience in transport planning/logistics Team Player / Adaptable / Good work ethic Enthusiasm / Ambition / Eagerness to learn & progress The position offers a straight permanent contract with a starting salary of £30k plus a yearly bonus.
