Permanent Overview: Unify are delighted to be recruiting for a Transport Planner to join a prominent company who are leaders within powered access equipment rentals. Experience within the hire sector desirable however, keen to hear from everyone with experience in Transport. Responsibilities: Creating well-structured delivery and collection routes by considering variables such as traffic patterns, road limitations, and fuel consumption. Maintaining compliance with all relevant health and safety standards during transport operations, including adherence to vehicle weight limits, driver working hours, and secure loading protocols. This also requires staying informed about updates to transportation laws and regulations. Managing the scheduling and logistics for the delivery and collection of powered access equipment, ensuring efficient transport solutions that align with customer timelines.
