Transport Planner
for a Maternity Cover which will last at least 12 Months. This is a growing and dynamic Office based in
Newtownabbey
with lots of room for progression and growth. Hours - Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 5pm & Friday 7:30am - 4pm Salary - £24,000 - £28,000 + Negotiable Depending on Experience Responsibilities: Planning deliveries and collections for team of local drivers. Creation of load lists for next morning deliveries. Monitoring of driver's collection notes ensuring accuracy. Ensuring all contracts for deliveries are signed and received in a timely fashion. Liaise and communicate with other departments. Communicate with customers regarding delivery and collection requirements. General transport administrative duties. Essential Criteria: Previous experience in an administration role. Strong communication and organisation skills. The ability to work under pressure in a busy fast paced office. Attention to detail. Excellent IT skills. Customer Focused attitude with excellent telephone etiquette.
