Here at XPO, we take our people seriously. We’re looking for a talented Transport Operator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working late shift 14:30 to 23:00. This is for our contract based in Milton Keynes. Pay, benefits and more: We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £31,050. We offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day: Co-ordinate the transport operations on site and on customer premises to meet both customer and company expectations. Effectively use transport management system to draft and execute manifests. Conduct a comprehensive review and analysis of KPI reports. Manage internal and external stakeholders. Liaise with line management to ensure the effective use of subcontractors, minimizing the cost impact to the business. What you need to succeed at XPO: Essential:

1-2 years’ experience (minimum) in a transport operation. Essential:

Good understanding of Microsoft packages including Excel and Outlook. Desirable:

Previous use of TMS system; however, training is provided. Desirable:
