Transport Supervisor to lead our Night Ops team in
Wellingborough.
Working for a prestigious new customer, you will fully run the nightly cross-docking transport operation, ensuring customer KPI’s are met, all vehicles are operated within legal parameters and drivers are managed within compliance.
This is a Permanent full time role working Sunday to Thursday between the hours of 22:00 – 06:00.
However, flexibility is required.
This is logistics after all! Pay, benefits and more: We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £37,000.00 per annum.
In addition, we offer 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days.

What you’ll do on a typical day: Tracking the fleet, managing core drivers, and route planning Ensuring the current transport plan is fully executed in line with or as close to the original plan Escalate any customer service delivery issues through discussion with the customer.
Working with the Transport Compliance & QHSE Administrator to ensure fleet and drivers are fully compliant with legal and company requirements.
