Travel Consultant


Step into the exciting world of sports hospitality as our Travel Consultant, where you'll play a pivotal role in crafting unforgettable travel experiences for Corinthian’s elite clients. As the trusted expert, you’ll offer tailored advice and take full ownership of every booking, ensuring each journey is flawlessly planned and executed. Acting as the key connection between clients and the global travel industry, you'll oversee everything from trip planning to execution, creating seamless and memorable experiences whether they’re traveling across the UK or exploring destinations abroad. Your expertise will elevate each journey, making every adventure extraordinary.


To excel in this role, you'll need to:


  • Pro-actively consulting with clients and informing them of the travel proposition and options for travel support
  • Sell Corinthian travel support as a product and build awareness of the brand and offering
  • Advising clients on various travel options (bronze / silver / gold travel)
  • Researching and planning travel itineraries
  • Booking and confirming reservations
  • Work to set KPI’s each month as set by the Travel Manager
  • Providing outstanding customer service and building rapport with clients
  • Maintain regular communication with clients or potential customers
  • Obtain feedback from clients after the event


Desirable experience includes:


  • An interest in sports and knowledge of the UK sporting calendar
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Xero or experience with a similar CRM software
