Responsibilities Obtain supplier certifications to stay up to date with the most recent changes in the industry Demonstrate knowledge and recommendation ability in popular vacation destinations around the globe Provide outstanding customer service and attention to detail Utilize time management skills in order to research, plan, and book vacation packages for clients - Offer exceptional remote customer service throughout the booking process, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing support to enhance the villa vacation experience. We offer mentorship and guidance to help you succeed in your role and create outstanding events for our clients.  This is a remote position, providing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home or any location with an internet connection. You can balance your work and personal life while delivering exceptional travel experiences to your clients. We believe that your dedication and expertise should be rewarded.
