Home Health Average # of patients/day: 6-8 Points per week: 25 points weekly for productivity Types of Cases: Geriatric Years of experience REQ: 1 year min of recent home health/ hospice (based on position posted) First-timers accepted: Yes Certs REQ: BLS Is on-call REQ?
