Travel Sales Consultant - Expeditions Cruises Base Salary:

up to £35,000 (depending on experience) + Uncapped Commission OTE £60,000 Location:

Fully remote within the UK Our client is a fast-growing tour operator who specializes in high-value bespoke expedition cruises within the Polar region, focusing on wildlife, scenery, and hiking. Due to the growth in the business and the expansion of their product range, they are now recruiting experienced travel consultants with extensive sales and product knowledge gained within the expedition cruises travel sector. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding company. Duties and Responsibilities:

Creation and sale of bespoke expedition cruises within the polar regions - Arctic and Antarctica, Svalbard, South Georgia, and Greenland. Creation and sale of high-quality, tailormade arrangements to complement the cruise, including flights, accommodation, and land packages. Make the most of every genuine sales enquiry received. Exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company. Ensure the products sold and the supporting information are of the highest standard. Always deliver exceptional high levels of service. Experience Required:

Previous experience in a travel sales-based role selling expedition-based cruises is essential. Product knowledge and interest in the polar region. Confidence in closing sales and ensuring we beat some very proactive competition. Perseverance to follow up with leads that require significant nurture to convert into bookings. Salary and Benefits:

Base Salary up to £35,000 (depending on experience) + Commission, OTE £60,000. 23 days annual leave. Career Development. Educational and fam trips. Discounted personal travel. Pension.
