Cutty Sark , the Royal Observatory, and the Queen’s House. Working within the Marketing team and reporting to the Senior Manager, Travel Trade, the Travel Trade and Sales Executive will be responsible for developing travel trade revenue through efficient administration, timely financing, operational support, and focused account management. Key responsibilities: Managing contract and pricing administration Managing third party bookings through trade portals Carrying out efficient invoicing in liaison with the Bookings and Finance teams Updating systems and sales reports as well as client records Account managing a portfolio of existing trade clients to increase the volume of business generated for RMG Delivering product training to prospective clients Fostering positive relationships with clients, partners, and tourism organisations Promoting the company’s products during meetings, visits, exhibitions, and networking events Proven sales experience with a genuine passion for working with customers and up-selling Strong administration experience Experience within the tourism and travel industry Persuasive and confident communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to form positive relationships with a variety of people Highly organised, remaining flexible while managing a wide and diverse range of tasks Strong IT skills, with the ability to manage databases How to apply:
