Cultivate and manage relationships with banks, bond investors, debt analysts, and credit rating agencies. Lead updates to bond documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Oversee the daily operations of the Group's complex funding structure. Organise reports and investor/agency meetings, maintaining consistency across disclosures to third parties and the Board. Provide treasury expertise to support the Group's financial budgeting and forecasting processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, finance, and legal, on various matters. Assist the Head of Corporate Finance in driving improvements and efficiencies across Treasury Management. Key Capabilities and Qualifications:
Proven treasury experience in a corporate environment, particularly in debt financing. Experience working with credit rating agencies (preferred). Strong leadership and facilitation skills, combined with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting. Relevant accountancy or treasury qualifications (e.g., ACT, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
