Join our Finance team as Treasurer, to support us on a 6-month FTC, where you’ll play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy, leading bond documentation, and driving impactful relationships with investors and credit rating agencies. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible difference within Affinity Water. We are the UK’s largest Water-Only business, with over 1400 employees and 4 million customers, our dedicated workforce are ensuring that fresh drinking water is delivered to over 1.5 million properties per day across Herts, Beds, Bucks, London and the Southeast. Key Responsibilities:

Cultivate and manage relationships with banks, bond investors, debt analysts, and credit rating agencies. Lead updates to bond documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Oversee the daily operations of the Group's complex funding structure. Organise reports and investor/agency meetings, maintaining consistency across disclosures to third parties and the Board. Provide treasury expertise to support the Group's financial budgeting and forecasting processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, finance, and legal, on various matters. Assist the Head of Corporate Finance in driving improvements and efficiencies across Treasury Management. Key Capabilities and Qualifications:

Proven treasury experience in a corporate environment, particularly in debt financing. Experience working with credit rating agencies (preferred). Strong leadership and facilitation skills, combined with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting. Relevant accountancy or treasury qualifications (e.g., ACT, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA). What We Offer:

Salary circa £85,000 per annum (dependant on skills and experience) Company Annual Bonus (pro-rata) Hybrid role, with the expectations of a minimum two days a week in the office. Annual leave from 26 days rising with length of service, and the option to purchase up to 5 extra days.
