Job Description Join our expanding Treasury team, where you'll play a key role in managing liquidity, funding, and interest rate risk. This dynamic position offers the chance to grow your expertise, drive process improvements, and contribute to meaningful change in a values-driven organisation. Key Responsibilities Analyse and report on balance sheet risks, regulatory returns, and stress testing scenarios. Prepare data and insights for monthly Asset and Liabilities Committee (ALCO) reports. Support balance sheet forecasts, ILAAP/ICAAP preparation, and policy assurance. Maintain and develop our ALM (Asset Liability Management) system, enhancing reporting and assumptions. Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. The Successful Applicant Experience in Treasury or financial risk management, with a numerate qualification (e.g., Economics, Mathematics). Knowledge of banking regulations (CRR2, PRA Rulebook) and financial products. Analytical, organised, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, curious, agile, and team-oriented mindset.
