Job Description
Develop and implement strategies to optimize the bank's capital structure.
Lead the capital planning and stress testing process.
Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.
Collaborate with the finance team to develop robust financial models.
Act as a key point of contact for external auditors and regulators.
Provide insightful financial reports to senior management.
Maintain accurate documentation of all capital management activities.

The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Treasury Capital Manager' should have:
A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
Proven experience in capital management within a banking environment.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and capital planning processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding leadership abilities and team management skills.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
