About the Role An exciting opportunity for a Treasury Officer to join the company during an important growth phase. The Treasury Officer reports to and is responsible for assisting the Group Treasury Analyst to oversee the cash flow, revenue, and overall finances within the organisation. This role includes day-to-day bank account reconciliation, payments processing, bank account maintenance, and credit card management. These responsibilities include: Review and process domestic and foreign currency payments in banking portals. Liaise with Accounts Payable to ensure returns are promptly corrected and reconciled. Coordinate process improvement in cash management and reconciliations. Daily and monthly bank reconciliation for Australia and New Zealand, across CGL’s main accounts with high levels of daily transactions. Administer credit card management system (Pro Master). Coordinate credit card audits and reviews. About You To succeed in this role, you will have a passion for working with people, safety, and upholding our organisational values in all you do. Additionally, you will have: A Tertiary Degree in Accounting or Business. Experience in a service-based environment. Understanding of bank reconciliations and receipts/payments processing. An understanding of accounting principles. Excellent written communication and attention to detail. Exceptional organisational and time management skills, able to deal effectively with deadlines and evolving priorities. Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team. To be considered for this exciting role, you will need to have a Tertiary Degree in Accounting or Business with proven experience in a similar role.
