Contribute to a practice that values teamwork, excellence, and professional growth. --- Key Responsibilities New Patient Journey: Welcome and guide patients through their first visit to the practice both digitally and in person. Treatment Presentations: Confidently present treatment plans to patients, ensuring they understand their options. Patient Consultations: Conduct free smile or implant consultations to discuss aesthetic and functional goals. Follow-Up Care: Proactively follow up on outstanding treatments to support patients in completing their journey. Finance Discussions: Assist patients with arranging financing for their treatments, ensuring clarity and professionalism. Itero Scanning: Utilize the Itero Scanner to scan patients and enhance their treatment experience. Daily Reporting: Record diagnosed and accepted treatment figures to help track the practice’s success. Occasional Nursing Duties: Support the clinical team with occasional chairside assistance as required. Digital Manufacturing: Assistance with 3D printing and manufacture of simple dental prostheses. --- What We’re Looking For A qualified dental nurse with experience in a dental environment. A superb communicator who is empathetic, professional, and confident when discussing treatments and finances. Passion for patient care, with the ability to prioritize and enhance the patient journey. Strong knowledge of cosmetic and implant dentistry and an eagerness to learn more. A proactive and ambitious individual ready to embrace new challenges.
